Scrips FAQ
What types of cards are there?
1. Physical cards that you order online. All physical cards that are ordered by the 1st of each month will be shipped together to our coordinator (Michelle Brandseth/Brejla). The coordinator will then sort and distribute them (either with a drop off/pick up or via the band director). To order a physical card, click on the card icon button once you click on a retailer.
2. The middle icon of a barcode is e-gift cards. Not all retailers offer e-gift cards. These can be printed at home, no need to worry about ordering deadlines and waiting for shipments.
3. Reloads to your previously purchased PHYSICAL gift cards purchased through ShopWithScrip. Not all retailers offer a reload option. To reload a physical card already in your possession, click on the arrow onto the card icon on the right.

What are my payment options?

2. You can pay with a credit card. Visa, MasterCard or Discover are accepted. There is a 2.6% transaction fee for credit card payments. You can find more information about online payment options by going here: https://shop.shopwithscrip.com/Support/shop-earn/online-payment-options
When I go to checkout it offers me the option to pay by check, why is that not listed above?
We are not accepting payments by check. Only online payment options If you select the pay by check option your order will be cancelled and you will not get your gift cards.
When will I get my physical gift cards?
All orders placed by the 1st of the month will get placed with Scrips on the 1st. The cards will then be shipped to the coordinator. The coordinator will then sort and distribute as soon as possible. It is our hope that physical cards will be delivered within the first week of the month.
Do I need to create a Family Account?
Yes, just like when you order from any online retailer, you create an account to keep track of your orders, etc. You will need the following when creating a family account:
Username
Password
Name
Address
Phone
Student Name: [VERY IMPORTANT]
Classroom/Group: TMBPA
Email
2 Security questions
Verification Code
Once you have completed this, you will have the opportunity to set up PrestoPay if you wish. This is not required, but if you do not choose to, you must use a credit card to pay and you will be assessed a 2.6% fee.
I need the Enrollment Code, where can I get that?
Email Michelle Brandseth/Brejla at [email protected] to have the code for TMBPA sent to you.
I logged in and I have “Wheaton Warrenville South Tiger Music, Coordinator Victor Scimeca” listed as one of my non-profits from an older child in the program. What do I do with that?
Please DO NOT use this account. Despite it showing as active, it is not being coordinated any longer. Please make sure to select the new account showing:

I have another organization that I currently purchase Scrip Gift Cards through. Can I give credit to both organizations?

Are there any other fees, other than the Credit Card or PrestoPay fees?
Yes. In order to pay the shipping fees associated with the program, $1.00 will be assessed from your “earnings” from the program. For example, if you purchase $100 in gift cards and earn $4.75 in rebates, you will get a $3.75 credit in your Charms account for that month. Regardless of how many gift cards you order, you will only be assessed $1.00 each month that you order. If you place 4 different orders within the month, you will still only be assessed $1.00.

How do I get my rebate amount?
After the orders are placed each month, the coordinator will track your rebate amounts, minus the $1.00 fee. We will be tracking the rebate amounts earned by each family on a monthly basis. *****As of right now, twice a year, TMBPA will cut checks to participating families for their rebate amounts. Checks will be sent in June for orders placed from December 1st through May 31 and again in December for orders placed June 1st through November 30. We are working with staff at WWSHS on being able to credit your FamilyID account with your earnings, as that is how the program is intended to work. If/When that change is made, we will let you know*********. If, at any time, you are concerned about your rebate amount, contact the coordinator at [email protected] and we will get that info for you.
Can I have my family or friends purchase gift cards to benefit my student?
Yes, but there are few things to know first:
1. They will need to use our Enrollment Code and create a family account with the STUDENT NAME in order to get credit.
2. If they are ordering physical gift cards, the coordinator will deliver those gift cards to the student listed and it will be the student’s family's responsibility to get those gift cards to those friends and family.
